THE NEXT CENTRAL PACIFIC WOMEN’S GROUP MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 16TH FROM 9-11AM AT COCAL HOTEL. November program: Join Jill Ruttenberg who is a nutritionist and clinical herbalist specializing in Chinese and Western herbal medicines. The November seminar will discuss medicinal plants one can grow or find in Costa Rica and how to use them to benefit your health. She has organic and hydroponic gardens, growing a variety of produce, culinary and medicinal herbs. If plants are available, Jill will bring some for sale. Proceeds go to the AmaTierra Foundation.
