CONGRATULATIONS TO OCEAN ENERGY CR S.A. THEY ARE NEW MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL PACIFIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. Ocean Energy is the Central American representatives for Carnegie Wave Energy Development. Its purpose is to generate electricity through the use of the power of the waves. It was established in January, 2011 and is located in La Curva, Playa Hermosa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
