Since 2001, Costa Rica Nature Journeys, has been Jaco’s “eco friendly” nature tour operator. Founded by Randall Ortega Chaves, the top birder and naturalist guide on the Central Pacific coast and his wife, Harmony Hoefner of DayStar Properties. The small family owned and operated business offers the areas’ most quality and exclusive “private” nature tour service. All tours are led by bi-lingual (language by request for Spanish, English, or French) certified naturalist guides. The rain forest tours focus on providing the participants with an experience that will be the highlight of their visit to Costa Rica; not only fun and exciting but educational of the various eco systems and culture.
